Ontic Signs First Product License with Thales Avionics
Ontic, a BBA Aviation company and the aerospace industry’s leading provider of ‘Extended Life Solutions’ for OEM legacy products, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Thales Avionics, Inc. to license the OEM manufacturing and aftermarket support for landscape and surveillance cameras used on military and commercial aircraft including the Boeing C-17, B777 and Airbus A320, A330 and A340.
The products will be transitioned from Thales Avionics Seattle location to Ontic’s Southern California facility via Ontic’s proven adoption process. Ontic will provide the customers with complete support including production and aftermarket manufacturing and MRO services.
